LOAS offers its residents a lot more than just a roof over their heads. Our basic services include e.g. perfectly equipped laundry rooms in all buildings - without any separate charges. Club rooms for spending the evenings, sauna turns, a unique shore side sauna, parking spaces, shared vehicles… Oh and listen, there’s still lots more!
High-speed internet access is always included in the rent of all apartments. Almost all sites have LOAS´own network, Lnet, which brings a standard LAN connection directly to the apartments. You need your own router for a wireless connection, but you can also connect your computer directly with a cable. Maintenance for our residents. Service and maintenance professionals ensure the maintenance of all our properties and interior work of the apartments. Our own maintenance is a great benefit because our own maintenance staff are familiar with all the properties and therefore maintenance work is always quick and skilled. The quickest and most convenient way to contact maintenance and submit a fault report is via the residents’ intranet.
I forgot my key! The ceiling lamp is not working? No electricity in the apartment? Where is the recycling point? There’s a squirrel in my apartment! Hang on, hang on. Before you panic and call customer service, familiarise with the frequently asked questions we have compiled. You may find an answer to your question. However if something is burning, call the emergency number directly.
