Responsibilities chart

As a tenant, you are responsible for taking good care of the apartment and for any damage that may occur in it. Some maintenance tasks in the apartment are the responsibility of the resident. Please check the responsibilities chart to see whether the issue concerning your apartment is your responsibility or LOAS’s responsibility. For example, replacing standard light bulbs and fuses, as well as cleaning the bathroom floor drain, are normally the resident’s responsibility.

Ethernet cable and TV cable XThe resident obtains the cables needed for their own devices.
Light fixtures and light socketsX The resident is not allowed to modify permanently installed light fixtures or sockets.

Cleaning the fridge condenser XThe resident vacuums the back of the refrigerator. For fire safety reasons, it is a good idea to vacuum it once a year.

Dishwasher and washing machine disconnection  XThe resident arranges the disconnection to be carried out by an authorized installation company or orders the disconnection by submitting a fault report. Charges are according to the price list.
Dishwasher water inlet and drain pipes plugging XThe resident is responsible for plugging. Missing plugs will be invoiced according to the price list.
Sink plugX The resident reports about a missing sink plug by submitting a fault report. 
Reporting leaking water fixtures XThe resident must report about leaking water fixtures by submitting a fault report.
