Important information about the housing situation for apartment seekers
Hello applicant! LOAS studios and family apartments are basically rented all year round. Apartments only become available when residents move out. There are hundreds of applications for studios and family apartments in our system, so the waiting time for an apartment offer can be long. If a studio or family apartment is your only option, we strongly recommend looking for an apartment elsewhere. There are currently no studios or family apartments available in August or September.
There have also been a huge number of applications for shared apartments. There is a small number of shared apartments available, so there is still a chance of getting an offer for one. It is absolutely recommended that you accept the first offer. We do not have the opportunity to offer you an apartment a second time before the start of the semester.
