During office opening hours you can lend a spare key for free.
The door opening service costs 30€ if paid in cash Mon-Fri, and 40€ Sat-Sun (the most common credit cards are also accepted payment methods) and 40€ Mon-Fri, 50€ Sat-Sun if invoiced. If you forgot your key indoors, call 0104436144. Explain that you are calling from a LOAS property and provide your exact address. The security guard will check your identity.

Parking control
If there is a car, moped or motorcycle parked in the parking slot you reserved or in the wrong place in general, you can report the wrongly parked vehicle using the Aimo Parki request form at https://www.aimopark.fi/en/customer-support/valvontapyynto/
