LOAS’ residents are offered fully electric Aimo Shareshared cars with automatic transmission at extremely affordable prices. You can easily book a shared vehicle directly online, and collect it from your chosen collection point when it is most suitable for you. The service is implemented in cooperation with Aimo Park Finland Oy. Cars can also be rented by non-LOAS residents.
LOAS has eight MG 5 passenger cars and two Opel e-Vivaro vans. Vans will be replaced by Transit eCustom vehicles later in the spring 2025. The cars are named as follows: passenger cars Brian, Brita, Giorgio, Ansu, Raipe, Juhis, Aapo ja Hauki; vans Pilli and Pulla.
Contractual prices only for LOAS’ residents:
- passenger car 7€/h, 45€/day
- van 20€/h, 80€/day
Do as follows:
- Go to aimosharing.fi.
- Enter the joining code "LOASresident".
- Enter your resident number to be eligible for cheaper prices.
- Identify yourself as a service user with a mobile certificate or bank identification. Nb! Joining requests are mainly processed on weekdays.
- Reserve a car and get ready to cruise (use of the car is started by pressing the Activate reservation button).
- You can charge your car for free at Aimo Charge charging points while you are using it. Parking at Aimo Park sites is also free while you are using your car. You can find charging points and parking areas on the Aimo Park website www.aimopark.fi.

NOTE! The resident number needed for signing in can be found on the intranet. Click “edit basic details” in the intranet and you will find the resident number above your own name. Convenient.

Instruction for registering and using the car
Collection points
The cars are always returned to the same parking space from which they are collected. When you pick up the car, unlock the car from the app and disconnect the charging cable from the car and the charging station, close the charging door. Place the charging cable that comes with the car in the rear trunk of the car. When you return the car, connect the charging cable and lock the car from the app. NB! It is not allowed to park your own vehicle to the shared car's parking space.
You find one car at each of the housing sites: Laserkatu 1, Korpimetsänkatu 6-8, Snellmaninkatu 13 and Punkkerikatu 7. Also one van is located in Laserkatu 1. Four passenger cars and one van are located in the city center in Anni Swanin katu 4.
Note!
The range of cars on a single charge can be up to 380. Please note that this is a theoretical figure, as the range is affected by factors such as outside temperature, driving style, load and the vehicle's air conditioning/heating settings.
