LOGIN DETAILS FOR LOAS INTRANET USERS ARE CREATED AS FOLLOWS. THEY ARE VALID AFTER THE FLAT RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE AND THE WARRANTY PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

First time you sign in to intra.LOAS-service, your user ID is your surname and the final part of Finnish social security number. The password is your first name. The couples who live together with the same rental agreement have a main tenant’s ID and password.

If you do not have a Finnish social security number, your user ID is your surname and birthday (ddmm) and password is your first name.

The IDs will become effective about in the next 24 hours during weekdays starting from the beginning of the rental agreement.

From the intra.LOAS-service you will find all the net services meant for the tenants of LOAS: notices, contact information, official notices, rules and fault report forms.

For example a fault report is better to do always via intra.LOAS, because then it will go directly to the database of the maintenance system and to the work sheet of LOAS maintenance without intermediaries or additional costs.
