Lappeenranta student housing foundation is a housing community for all students in Lappeenranta. We uphold about 3000 residences for students in the best residential areas of our town near the educational institutes.

The locations of our residences and the services directed especially for students are things that make us stand out from the other landlords. Lnet -network or the Sonera Internet Cable -internet connection in every room, good community facilities and active like-minded student neighbours are assets of student housing.

The foundation was founded and is administered by the students’ unions in Lappeenranta in co-operation with the city of Lappeenranta and Evangelical-Lutheran church.

OUR HOUSES ARE BUILT FOR
independent young people who study in Lappeenranta. In our selection of apartments there is a large variety of choices for different phases in a student’s life. A room of one’s own, in a 2 or 3-room apartment shared with like-minded students, one-room flat for those who need the privacy for example at the final stages of studies, or a two-room flat for a family.

OUR APARTMENTS CAN BE APPLIED
by all students studying in Lappeenranta either in basic, postgraduate studies or supplementary education and trainees coming via LUT or Saimaa University of Applied Sciences. Studying is a common denominator for our tenants.

THE ORGANISATION
In a small organisation there are no strict areas for jobs. Everyone will do their best for the customer in all matters and will at least advise and guide to the best of one’s knowledge. Do not hesitate to contact us.
