The Lappeenranta Student Housing Foundation welcomes you to live and study in a LOAS -apartment.

We want to serve you so well, that you enjoy your stay in Lappeenranta and your studies go as you planned.

Our tenancy is a partnership, which requires mutual activity. Things run smoothly, when they are handled as agreed and in problem situations the other side is generously contacted.

For your habitation, studying and hobbies we offer You services related to student housing, from which friendly customer service, working maintenance and good internet connections are characteristics of our operation. We offer to all our residents an internet connection included in rent and that's why we take care of all the communication between residents and our housing office primarily via net.

Following the notices of LOAS is one of the basic responsibilities of a resident in functional tenancy. To make this as easy and modern as possible we have created an intranet service to the net meant for residents.

All the information about LOAS can be found on the intra.LOAS -service, where the net services for the residents are concentrated:
- notices - current issues are always first on the intranet
- the personnel of LOAS and the house elders
- all important information about LOAS and much more
- documents of intra contain all the guidelines concerning residence

Your user ID is the numeric part of the customer number of the rental agreement and the rent payment forms and your password is 1234.
